Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience in a generalist Human Resources position
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field OR Associates and experience
- Working knowledge of California employment law
- Experience managing employee relations, investigations and resolutions
- Proven problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to partner with employees at all levels
- Experience working in a startup environment with ongoing change and growth
