Job Summary
A developer of payroll platform is seeking a Remote People Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the HR Business Partners with core people functions
- Supporting Talent Acquisition with the creation of offer letters, employment agreements, and contracts
- Documenting, implementing and working to improve upon processes, procedures and programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Prior experience in an associate, specialist, or generalist HR or customer support role
- Ability to follow complex protocols and instructions for workflows to include various types of contracts
- Ability, and desire, to work within a distributed team and as a successful and effective individual contributor
- Strong verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the company
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Able to use discretion and handle highly sensitive information
