Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote People Ops Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating and facilitating a smooth new hire onboarding process
- Assisting with administering the benefits program
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to quickly and easily learn new systems, simultaneously pinpointing improvement areas
- Some demonstrated People Operations (Human Resources) experience, interest, and knowledge
