Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote People Programs Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Leverage project management technology/tools to determine project priority and feasibility
- Lead cross-functional and often time sensitive strategic initiatives and projects
- Design, build, implement and mature employee-centric People Programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong experience in project management technology/tools
- 5+ years of Overall People Ops or HR experience, including 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Bachelors' degree in areas such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Customer oriented and strong communicator
- High attention to detail and skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities
