Job Summary

An AI-based software development company has an open position for a Remote People Systems Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to People team
  • Assist with the creation of custom functions and documentation
  • Manage external vendor consultants to support the projects, enhancements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years experience with Workday configuration, integrations, and support
  • 7+ years progressive People Systems experience in support, implementations, and/or upgrades
  • Proficient with Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, Pave, ADP and related integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the team meets organizational needs and goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
