An non-profit, Catholic-based health system needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Performance Improvement Clinical Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Instill a culture of continuous performance improvement identification and scaling best practices
- Develop solutions with cross-functional buy-in with relentless focus on agility
- Enable and unlock significant financial impact on transformation initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Clinical Degree
- 3-5+ years of clinical experience or operational background in a healthcare environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and accrediting bodies, regulations and standards
- Experience and knowledge of performance improvement
- Clinically skilled profiles to drive change with clinical leaders
- Ability to build consensus with stakeholders across the ministry
