A university has an open position for a Remote Performance Management and Innovation Managing Consultant in Oklahoma City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and recommending solutions
- Processing improvement team facilitation, coaching and change management
- Providing training, at the department level, continuous improvement tools
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Industrial Engineer degree; or other relevant Healthcare Management education
- 5 years relevant work experience
- General operational analysis skills
- Broad based healthcare operational acumen and understanding of functional areas
- Knowledge of patient care processes
- Advanced data analysis skills
