Job Summary
A cloud-based software development company is in need of a Remote Performance Marketing Manager in Minneapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution of all new customer acquisition channels
- Bring a performance mindset to paid channels
- Identify and test new, innovative ways to dramatically grow top of funnel traffic
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-7 years of experience in B2C performance marketing or new user acquisition
- Ability to develop insights and hypotheses based on structured and unstructured data
- Got a strong grasp of advanced functions in Excel
- Desire to learn things like SQL, Tableau, Segment, etc
- You’re an A/B testing guru with a knack for designing clean tests
