Job Summary
A company offering work and travel abroad programs is in need of a Remote Performance Marketing Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Manage the marketing strategy across Facebook / Instagram, Google (SEM), LinkedIn, etc
- Create an optimization and testing machine for copy, creative, audiences, etc.
- Manage the strategy for all email going out to existing followers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of well-rounded digital marketing experience
- working with paid ads, email marketing and analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to use hard data and metrics
- Experience managing a globally distributed team
