Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Personal Injury Protection Special Investigations Unit Investigator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting thorough investigations of complex that are potentially fraudulent
  • Researching and responding to complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues
  • Summarizing documents and entering into claim system notes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2 years of PIP experience
  • Med-Pay experience
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Value providing an effortless customer service experience
  • Applies broad knowledge of insurance policy, coverage, and regulation
  • Applies broad negotiation and/or arbitration skills
