Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Personal Lines Insurance Service Center Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interact with internal and external customers of independent, captive and/or complimentary channel agents
- Serve as a representative to service and up-sell insurance products within the Enterprise Contact Center
- Meet established goals and objectives via telephone and/or electronic communications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 0 - 1 years experience
- Prior P/L Insurance experience required
- Associates Degree or Technical or specialized knowledge or equivalent, related experience
- Follows regular, detailed standards and instructions
