A national retailer is seeking a Remote Personalization Analytics Manager in Menomonee Falls.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using big data and advanced analytical techniques to optimize customer engagement and lifetime value
- Overseeing flawless activation of tests, ensuring essential model runs, segmentation and timelines
- Ensuring relevant analytics assets and tests are documented and that any insights are captured
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative areas such as Applied Mathematics, data science or related field
- 7+ years of relevant analytics experience
- Experience coding in general purpose languages (Python, R, SAS)
- Experience with developing and scaling predictive models and optimization algorithms for marketing use cases
