Job Summary

A petfood products company is in need of a Remote Pet Food Products Senior Sales Manager in Saint Louis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing new customer accounts in pet food or related channels
• Developing strategies to convert transactional relationships into long-term strategic relationships
• Developing sales budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies or tactics as needed

Required Skills:

• 50% travel
• 5-10 years of experience in pet food, pet food palatability, flavor or nutritional ingredients sales
• Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Nutrition or related discipline
• Track record of demonstrated success in growing sales and managing customer accounts
• Maintains a strong network of contacts and resources within the pet food industry
• Successful record of acquiring and applying professional/technical knowledge, skills, and experience
