An animal indemnity company has an open position for a Remote Pet Insurance Claims Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting adjusters to achieve high quality and meet performance requirements
• Monitoring overall open claims and manager team
• Providing continuing education to adjuster team

Required Skills:

• Prior training and development experience
• Experience with Managing a team of employees
• Ability to facilitate new hire training classes
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 90% of the work day
