Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Pet Insurance Inbound Sales Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing inbound email, chat and phone inquiries from pet parents
• Handling all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
• Managing time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently

Qualifications for this position include:

• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• 2 plus years sales experience
• Proven attendance reliability
• Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet
• Ability to obtain property and casualty insurance license
