Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Pharm POD Lead Business Operation Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma
  • Develop workflow diagrams and evaluates existing processes
  • Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Up to 5 years BA experience
  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding and experience with technical systems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to interact with internal and external staff at all levels
  • Excellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal staff
