A company that offers FSP and strategic resourcing solutions has a current position open for a Remote Pharmaceutical Clinical Trial Agreements Contracts Manager in Durham.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between Law Department
- Assist in coaching/mentoring staff members
- Analyze the issue and manage the process
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of experience with contract law in the pharmaceutical/clinical research industry
- Must have a working knowledge of the clinical development process
- 3 years of contract negotiation experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and sensitivity to cross-cultural communication
- Strong relationship management skills and experience
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of management
