Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Remote Pharmaceutical Region Business Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and executing a business plan that integrates cross-functional organizational capabilities
• Developing and maintaining solid customer relationships with key executives
• Recruiting, motivating, coaching and developing a team of Specialty Business Managers

Qualifications for this position include:

• Has proven leadership experience in managing a successful product launch
• 10+ years of selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• Experience and strong understanding of market access payer landscape required
