Job Summary
A pharmacy benefit management company is seeking a Remote Pharmacy Benefit Customer Care Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Interview and screen applicants for positions within the department
- Manage the customer care management (CMC) and supports services
- Ensure motivational programs are being utilized
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a call center environment and 2 years' supervisory experience
- Must possess service excellence attitude
- Ability to identify individual and team developmental needs
- GED, High School Diploma
- Demonstrated track record of managing change with proven results
