Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company is seeking a Remote Pharmacy Benefit Customer Care Supervisor.

Must be able to:

  • Interview and screen applicants for positions within the department
  • Manage the customer care management (CMC) and supports services
  • Ensure motivational programs are being utilized

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a call center environment and 2 years' supervisory experience
  • Must possess service excellence attitude
  • Ability to identify individual and team developmental needs
  • GED, High School Diploma
  • Demonstrated track record of managing change with proven results
