Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has an open position for a Remote Pharmacy Benefit Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans
  • Taking inbound calls and answer questions
  • Offering solutions to help simplify health care experience

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 6+ months of experience interacting with customers
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Internet with approved speed requirements
