A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is seeking a Remote Pharmacy Benefits Call Center Customer Service Representative in Raleigh.

Must be able to:

  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans
  • Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, etc
  • Offer solutions needed to help simplify health care experience

Qualifications Include:

  • 1 year experience interacting with customers
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Self-directed and the ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills
