Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling and recording inbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies
- Providing coordination and processing of pharmacy prior authorization requests and/or appeals
- Assisting with clerical services/tasks and other day-to-day operations as delegated
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
- Ability to maintain specific quality and quantity standards
