Job Summary
A business and tech services for the healthcare industry solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle updates to members accounts, such as adding/editing basic information
- Explain medical plans to members, pharmacies, any additional verified call with whom agents work with to resolve member issues
- Adhere to all call metrics as set forth by the client
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 Year Call Center Experience
- 1 Year Healthcare/Exposure to healthcare environments
- Have quality focus and are detail oriented
- Able to maintain balanced performance in areas of production and quality
- Have excellent schedule adherence - time management is a must
- Computer literate (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude)
