Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative in Jeffersonville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls on issues related to benefit eligibility and prescription status
- Guide and educate callers on their prescription benefits, use of plans, and claims or inquiries
- Make outbound calls to customers on prescription orders and payment issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED OR equivalent work experience
- 1+ year of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully and collect relevant information
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and respond to customers
