Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency has an open position for a Remote Pharmacy Technician in Knoxville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reaching out to doctors or pharmacies to get scripts filled or set up delivery services
• Making outbound calls to patients (about 13 calls per hour)
• Finding out why patients did not refill their medications

Required Skills:

• Must be a nationally certified pharmacy technician (PTCB or NHA)
• Must have previous customer service or call center experience
• At least 1.5 years of pharm tech experience
