Job Summary

A clinical research organization has an open position for a Remote Phase 1 Oncology Principal Medical Writer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the medical writing function
• Write and review clinical study reports, protocols, and other clinical/regulatory documents
• Contribute to clinical protocol development for first-in-human oncology studies

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5 years of experience in a lead oncology medical writing role in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry
• Ability to understand and interpret clinical and scientific data
• Ability to present results in an understandable manner to a variety of audiences
• Knowledge of current requirements and guidelines applicable to submission documents
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
