Job Summary
A staffing firm that specializes in travel nursing and allied healthcare is seeking a Remote Physician Chart Reviewer in Leakesville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working remotely using a web-based portal to perform approximately 5-10 chart reviews for non-physician providers on a monthly basis
- Providing feedback, as needed, to the non-physician provider on their performance and opportunities for improvement
- Entering into a collaborative agreement in Mississippi (MS) with at least one non-physician provider
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to meet face to face with the non-physician provider on a quarterly basis
- Ability to work on a flexible Schedule; 0 to 3 hours per month
- 2 years of clinical practice experience is preferred
- MD or DO unrestricted license in Mississippi (MS); preferred
- Current DEA registration Board certification in family practice, general practice, internal medicine, emergency or geriatrics
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine with and MD or DO
