Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Physician Coding Lead in Watertown.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Serving as communication liaison between coders, vendors, physicians, other departments
• Performing Professional and Facility chart and coding audits
• Performing daily and monthly close processes including report generation

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three years previous related experience in a physician coder position
• Certified Coding Specialist or Certified Professional Coder
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
