Job Summary

An educational services company has a current position open for a Remote PL Operations Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Regularly communicate with all Contractors and Sales Executives via email and phone
• Proactively address issues or challenges that place customer success at risk
• Identify, secure and deploy certified individuals to scheduled events, such as training, webinars, and sales presentations

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Event planning and coordination skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Proficiency using technology, especially Microsoft Office, Google Suite and web applications
