Job Summary

A third party administration service provider is filling a position for a Remote Plan Document Assistant Team Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of a team of 3-4 staff members
  • Assist with setting and monitoring weekly goals
  • Assist in training and mentoring of junior staff members throughout the year

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of supervisory or management experience
  • College degree
  • Must be able to provide training and education to a dedicated plan documents team
  • Strong research skills and ability to efficiently address compliance and administrative issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
