An actuarial services provider is filling a position for a Remote Plan Document Paralegal.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Exemplify familiarity with required plan document restatements
• Preparing plan documents for 401(k) and profit sharing plans
• Preparing amendments and resolutions

Qualifications for this position include:

• Capable of restating provisions onto another pre-approved plan document
• Bachelor's degree required with minimum GPA of 3.0
• Strong research skills and ability to efficiently address compliance and administrative issues
• 5 or more years of plan document preparation or paralegal experience
• Able to interpret provisions of a variety of pre-approved and individually designed plan documents
