Job Summary
A cosmetics company is seeking a Remote Planning and Inventory Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the S+OP process, balancing speed and process
- Developing and managing the inventory strategy
- Leading a team of planners
Position Requirements Include:
- 10 years’ experience in demand planning and forecasting, replenishment, and management
- Prior consumer packaged goods experience
- 5 years’ experience at the Director level in leading a planning team
- Prior experience in establishing demand forecasting and S&OP processes
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team development and thought leadership
- Demonstrated innovative problem solving and partnering skills
