Job Summary

A disciplined agile and lean software development company is in need of a Remote Platform as a Service Customer Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Directing operations and representation of an Enterprise Platform-as-a-Service
  • Defining upgrade, expansion, new product adoption and feedback loops with R&D of the PaaS
  • Interacting with developers, sales and delivery professionals as they consume the PaaS globally

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools and application container orchestration tools
  • Strong desire to solve operations/systems problems or optimize processes with software solutions
  • You are aware of release management tools and CI/CD workflow
  • You are familiar with resources such as Git, source code control and SaaS tools
  • You have worked with cloud technologies in the datacenter
  • You have significant knowledge of Linux / Unix systems
