Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Platform Engineering Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Own, build and support the cloud infrastructure platform
Lead the platform vision, architecture, and strategy
Create the scalable cloud architecture to support 10M+ creator userbase

Skills and Requirements Include:

8+ years of proven management experience building and leading platform engineering organizations
12+ years supporting global production platforms
12+ years of experience working on high-availability, distributed platforms
Experience in engineering processes, OKRs and KPIs
Background in Site reliability engineering, Disaster recovery and APM
Experience in bringing Observability and site stability from ground up
