Job Summary
A digital learning company and educational publisher needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Platform Integration Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all integration related processes, procedures, and conversations with accounts
- Ensure that integrations between our systems and customers meet established standards
- Work in conjunction with the Customer Experience Group (CXG) to respond to any reported customer issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in education technology, software implementation, or Higher Education
- High-degree of account ownership and initiative to keep the customer relationship on a positive trajectory
- Ability to effectively communicate/formulate strategy, ideas and solutions to internal and external customers
- Understanding of capabilities and restrictions of technologies as they relate to integration and implementation
- Excellent problem solving, prioritization and organizational skills to serve and support internal and external customers effectively and efficiently
