Job Summary
A developer of online employment management software is filling a position for a Remote Platform Product Head .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping balance short-term priorities with long-term vision through relentless prioritization. Collaborate cross-functionally with other product leaders, engineering, marketing and operations to develop and evolve our product roadmaps.
- Owning team OKRs, goals, and executive communications
- Driving an efficient product planning process that leads to measurable customer impact and business results
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years as a Product Manager building products in-house at high-growth companies, with a minimum of 5 years in hiring, mentoring, and promoting product managers
- A track record of building and scaling reliable platform products like payments, chat, customer/client profiles, etc
- Expert knowledge of product management best practices, deep customer obsession, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication/documentation, time-management, planning, and collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree
