Job Summary
A Health IT and management solutions company has an open position for a Remote PM Support Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead team on large projects related to, training, implementation, and support of third party products
- Act as second level escalation point for all escalations: Clients/Internal/Partners
- Control the flow and distribution of calls, materials or merchandise and supplies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to identify, prepares, and/or ensures completion of high quality, professional deliverables
- Must be able to review and approve PTO, timesheets, and job descriptions when needed
- Must be able to oversee direct ‘first level’ telephone support, professional communications with customers
- Must be able to develop project plans, maintain task lists, and prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc/KPI reports
