Job Summary

A Health IT and management solutions company has an open position for a Remote PM Support Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead team on large projects related to, training, implementation, and support of third party products
  • Act as second level escalation point for all escalations: Clients/Internal/Partners
  • Control the flow and distribution of calls, materials or merchandise and supplies

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be able to identify, prepares, and/or ensures completion of high quality, professional deliverables
  • Must be able to review and approve PTO, timesheets, and job descriptions when needed
  • Must be able to oversee direct ‘first level’ telephone support, professional communications with customers
  • Must be able to develop project plans, maintain task lists, and prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc/KPI reports
