Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote PMO Operations Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing the existing IT PMO processes and methodologies and proposing improvements to streamline the PMO
• Participating in the development and governance of IT EPMO methodology
• Training project managers in standardized practices for project management areas

Position Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of experience working in IT PMO or managing IT projects
• Experience working in a large-scale IT project/program management environment
• Experience executing and providing oversight to IT projects/programs across a portfolio
• Knowledge of how to mature a project management capability and successfully drive change
• Expert understanding of the Project, Program and Portfolio Management processes and methodologies
• Proficient with Project Management tool
