Job Summary
A non-profit organization specializing in cyber defense solutions is filling a position for a Remote PMO Senior Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing program management for complex, high priority initiatives
- Overseeing programs and projects being executed
- Leading or supporting engagement with contractor program management personnel
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business or a related field
- 15+ years’ experience in program and project management of significant sized program/projects
- 3+ years’ leadership experience in program management function spanning multiple company-wide technology programs/projects
- Program management related certifications (or equivalent additional experience/education)
- Proven capabilities in developing and mentoring strong project management teams
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
