Job Summary
A non-profit organization that works to improve educational equality needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Policy and Advocacy Equity Leaders Certificate Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support members moving through one to three self-paced, online courses at any given time
- Review and respond to members' deliverables and/or discussion board comments on a weekly basis
- Promote course completion from members whose progress has stalled by sending them encouraging emails or through other methods
Qualifications for this position include:
- A bachelor’s degree or commensurate years of work experience
- 3 years professional work experience, 2 years relevant work experience (including quantitative research and analysis)
- Quantitative skills, including understanding of linear regression, correlation coefficients, data visualization, and other concepts
- Experience working in policy or advocacy
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Strong, demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
