Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Post Acute RN Inpatient Care Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conducting clinical chart assessments
- Performing utilization and concurrent review of inpatient cases
- Gathering clinical information to assess and expedite care needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasional travel may be required
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- 3+ years total RN experience including recent clinical experience
- Proficient computer skills - Windows, IM, Excel (Microsoft Suite), Outlook, clinical platforms
- High - speed internet service with a minimum speed of 5 download mps & 1 upload mps
