Job Summary
A provider of workforce management and human capital management cloud solutions is seeking a Remote Practice Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing monthly delivery forecast that align with established organizational goals
- Assigning projects based on skill, experience, and availability
- Managing escalated situations, establishing appropriate remediation plans, and executing the plan to remedy the situation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working for a Cloud company or having managed an implementation team
- People management experience
- Strong technical background
- Strong analytical skills with the track record of driving change and process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team
