Job Summary

A construction technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pre Construction Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as the point person during the LOI phase to leverage our Sales team to convert customers with Pre-construction Agreements
  • Assisting the pre-construction team with pushing project schedules, scheduling meetings, creating meeting notes, and performing other admin functions
  • Providing scheduling support for company’s Pre-Con process; tracking and coordinating consultants and permitting within the local markets

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of work in Architecture, Project Development and/or Construction Project Management
  • Experience or 5+ years as a Project Coordinator or Customer Service Representative
  • Hands-on experience with the life-cycle of designing and permitting projects
  • Demonstrated understanding of the plan submittal and permitting process
  • Ability to provide admin and project document support to Precon Project Managers
  • Ability to tprovide project accounting support for Precon PMs
