Job Summary

A virtualization and cloud space computing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pre Sales Systems Engineer in Nashville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Using consultative selling to identify customer issues associated with large virtual and cloud environments
  • Leading technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations online and in-person
  • Conveying, documenting technical requirements; addressing pre-sales technical questions; providing technical assistance

Position Requirements Include:

  • Willingness to travel to customers and company  headquarters as necessary
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Extensive experience (5-7) years in virtualization (VCP-DCV) and cloud computing architectures
  • 5-10 years in data center infrastructure or related field in a sales engineering or consulting capacity
  • Experience meeting with sales prospects in person
  • Strong affinity for customer relationship management and requirements gathering
