Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in a software support environment
- Experience writing and debugging SQL statements
- Experience with web services APIs, database connectors, SOAP
- Proven in depth of knowledge of complex, database-centric, internet-based systems
- Excellent Communications skills
