Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Premium Engineer in Memphis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as case manager for enterprise customers subscribed to the Premium program
  • Providing oversight and guidance to Worldwide Support Team working with your customers
  • Researching, reproducing, troubleshooting, and solving highly challenging technical issues

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time is required
  • BA / BS / MS in Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 7+ years in an application development or consulting role
  • 5+ years customer facing experience
  • 5+ years of experience with traditional RDBMS and NoSQL databases including data modeling, performance tuning and configuration
  • 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, or delivering solutions on Linux, Java and Python
