Job Summary
A business process solution is filling a position for a Remote Premium Phone Auditor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Completing audits for Property and Casualty insurance policies
- Working directly with the policyholder or their contact, over the phone, to obtain proper information
- Evaluating and applying correct classifications and exposure amounts for these policies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or Bookkeeping
- Have Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll or other related work experience
- Experience working directly with the public, preferably on the phones
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate both written and orally
