Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Primary Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Solving complex customer issues
  • Working closely with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs
  • Providing remote-based functional support

Qualifications Include:

  • Attend company events
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years relevant SAP experience
  • 5+ years direct support of application end-users
  • 4+ years of Enterprise Portal and NetWeaver development experience
  • Working knowledge of multiple databases
