Job Summary

A technology consulting company is seeking a Remote Principal Agile Coach.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coaching scrum masters, agile team members and other stakeholders
• Providing training on agile related topics to agile team members
• Evangelizing agile best practices across the organization via forums like communities of practices

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
• 3 years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education also considered
• 10+ years of IT experience
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Developer, Lead Developer, IT Project Manager, or an IT Program Manager
• Deep understanding between IT, Business, Product, and other supporting functions in large organizations
• 5+ years as an Agile Coach in an organization leveraging SAFe and other scaling frameworks
