A private research university has a current position open for a Remote Principal Application Architect Team Leader in Nashville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the engineering team in evolving the architecture
- Building, maintaining, and supporting the long-term technological product roadmap
- Setting the overall strategic technological vision for the product
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience and comfort with ambiguity and rapid changes
- 7-10 years’ experience working in industry with technical teams
- Understanding of a well-defined software development lifecycle
- Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
- Experience with big data, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and Python
- Experience defining the architecture of cloud-deployed applications
